For the HDPE pipes, we can packed the pipes in roll from the size 20mm to 110mm. It can be 100 meters or 200 meters every roll. With this lenght, it will be easier for installation.

PVC Vent pipes produced by our company have been exported to Sudan . These pipes are for Unicef (United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund) Sudan aiding program. We packed each piece of pipe into a poly bag so that the pipes can be well protected.

Here attached several photos of container loading when we export the uPVC pipes 315mm, with 10 Bar nominal pressure. The connection type of these pvc pipes is gasketed-joint.
The rubber ring plays an important role in the connection, therefore this gasketed-joint PVC provides more advantages than other kinds of connection method. They are are virtually leak-free, enabling the pvc pipes connection to easily pass post-installation air tests or leakage tests. They are also can be easily installed. Only insert one pipe deep into another, then push-together. It is simple and easy to assemble.
At present, we can provide these gasketed-joint type pvc pipes from 63mm to 800mm, while we usually adopt the cement socket connection or fittings connection method from size 16mm to 50mm. However, we can produce the relative types according to our clients’ request.

Modified PVC(PVC-M) pipes is used more and more into the portable water project and minining pipes system. Pipe materials technology and market needs have combined to advance developments in material savings while enhancing pipe properties. With the same strength and toughness class,The wall thickness and mass of PVC-M pressure pipes are approximately 30% less than the equivalent PVC-U pipes. The corresponding reduction in wall thickness make PVC-M pipes much more cost effective while with much better safety factors.
Here is a test of properties comparison between PVC-M and PE:
The toughness of PVC-M pipes is even better than the PE pipes. However, if it was PVC-U pipes, it would have been broken. Compared with PE pipes, PVC-M pipes also own obvious advantages in hydraulic capacity, transport, handling and installation. There is adequate technology of fittings connnection for PVC-M pipes. While PE pipes connection can not go on without the Butt Fusion Machine and the electricity.
We know the PE pipes are widely used in portable water system more and more all over the world due to its own advantages, but we can not deny that PVC is still the preferred material of pipes, especially after the competitive PVC-M pipes’ widely usage in the world.
